Concerned about a recent closure from the Dept Of Agriculture for: no paper towels at handwashing sink, "Food Facility received a shipment of raw chicken from another location in non food grade buckets and was in distressed condition". unlabeled foods, food items stored on the floor in the store room, 3-comp sink not set up correctly, no sanitizer/test strips, and no certified food manager.
